she is facing 71 charges in the case... including jessica's murder. reporting live, bryan callahan, 13 action news. now to a story you'll see only on 13-action news. a valley family is still searching for answers tonight after mysterous death of their young daughter. now.. the family of 12 year old maxine starmarie zepeda-lopez is consulting a lawyer because they feel something went wrong. they say maxine came from from school with a stomach ache and neck pain last week. 3-days later.. she was in the hospital dying. her parents say they originally took her to spring valley hospital where she was given nausea pills. hours later.. she was taken to umc by ambulance where her family was told it may be a virus.. but nothing more. 16 3524 to 1635 29 "they gave me no explanation for anything other than oh i think she caught a virus" 13 action news reached out to the nevada health district which syas it is not investigating the case.

"he enjoys the toy and he enjoys this part of it but he enjoys his job a whole lot more. where he will turn it on when its time to go to work. that's what he lives for." bobby's had his fair share of close calls throughout his career --- when taking down suspects in dangerous situations. he's fallen through multiple ceilings. rolled down stairs with a bad guy. and tore a few ligaments. but never yet -- has bobby been shot. "just like we like having protection for ourselves and our own vests, it just gives us an increased chance of going home at the end of the night." gina tag: the contest to win a bullet proof vest was a facebook competition. only a few dogs were supposed to one. but the organization announced -- every k-9 that entered would be given a 25- hundred dollar vest. reporting in the newsroom gina lazara 13 action news new information tonight on the arrest of nevada rancher cliven bundy. 13-action news has learned he'll face a federal judge in oregon tomorrow stemming from an armed standoff with the feds here in nevada in 2014. bundy was arrested last week when he got off a plane in oregon to visit two of his sons who are facing charges in the armed standoff at a wildlife refuge. officials aren't saying why it took so long to bring charges against him.
